What is Supported Independent Living?
Supported Independent Living (SIL) is an NDIS-funded support that helps people with disabilities live as independently as possible in shared or individual living arrangements. At Top Disability Care Australia, our SIL homes across Parramatta and Strathfield are designed to feel like home — not just a place to stay.
How SIL Works at Top Disability Care Australia
Our participants live in comfortable, well-maintained homes with support workers available around the clock. We work with each individual to develop a personalised support plan that covers daily living, personal care, community access and skill-building activities. The goal is always to maximise independence while ensuring safety and wellbeing.
NDIS SIL Funding
SIL is funded through your NDIS plan under the Core Supports budget. If you or a loved one has SIL funding or is looking to apply, our team can guide you through the process and work with your support coordinator to ensure a smooth transition into one of our homes.
